Responsibilities

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of the restaurant (Front of the House and Back of the House)
  • Perform administrative duties that are required while on shift
  • Enforce all health and safety/sanitation standards
  • Establish immediate credibility with guests and staff
  • Schedule team members
  • Complete inventory checks
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What you’ll need as a Supervisor

Experience: 1+ years’ restaurant supervisory experience

Certification: Smart Serve

Other Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Safe food handling certificate preferred
