- Engage with guests on Clifton Hill and surrounding areas to promote our Retail stores
- Provide product information, selection, suggestion and sales
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need as a Promoter:
Experience: 1+ years’ customer service experience preferred
Education: Secondary School Graduate Diploma preferred
- Knowledge and conversational ability in order to effortlessly provide guest experience and encourage both cross-promotion/sales of related products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with guests and employees both internally and externally
- Ability to stand for 4-8 hours in a shift outside in different weather conditions
- Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
