Waterpark Maintenance – Sr Maint Technician

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily pool operation procedures
  • Perform on-going regular maintenance
  • Complete repairs to HVAC equipment, boilers, pumps, and motors
  • Maintain safe work practices
  • Maintain professionalism at all times to provide excellent guest satisfaction
  • Assist with emergency situations as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience: 3+ years’ mechanical maintenance experience in a similar capacity is an asset

Certifications: Valid TSSA ADM-WS license is an asset

Education: Related College Diploma

Other Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of water chemistry and pool operation
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience in electrical, water quality, pneumatic and HVAC systems
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job (i.e., lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladder, extreme heights), must be in good general physical condition to fulfill all aspects of position
  • Ability to quickly respond to changing work volume
  • Ability to work safely and in compliance with all health and safety standards
  • Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
